Sales & Events Support Associate

Job Description

We're seeking an energetic, organized associate to support sales initiatives and event execution for a wonderful client in Roseville, CA. This role combines sales support, marketing coordination, and light admin duties, offering exposure and growth in the mortgage and association industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate speaker sessions, outreach, and event logistics.
  • Gather creative assets and assist with sponsor support.
  • Track marketing materials and maintain CRM records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Assist with email campaigns, collateral, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience; internships a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; willing to learn CRM.
  • Outgoing and detail-oriented with interest in sales, marketing, and events.
